Washington Way will be reconstructed in phases, starting with the first phase that was completed in summer 2014. The project will provide a fully accessible redesigned street, sidewalks, and railroad crossings along the entire campus from 35th to 10th. The first phase improved the Washington Way and 15th intersection, with improved sidewalks and street crossings on 15th from Western to Jefferson, and on Washington Way from the intersection to Benton Place.
